Atomo coffee sought an ambitious ecological alternative: to make coffee...without coffee. No plants, no grains, no deforestation, or a heavy carbon footprint. Their molecular coffee is made from agricultural waste. Dried and then marinated according to a process specially developed by the Coffee Excellence Center.
